Shipping

General Shipping

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • Standard shipping is unfortunately not available for orders of more than 5 items due to our carrier’s weight restrictions

WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?

  • In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days if express shipping applied.
  • Standard flat shipping takes 7-10 business days

TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent if asked (with most carriers). You can also track your package from your Account page. Tracking is not available on International Economy.

RATES

For shipments to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), the following shipping rates can be selected:

  • Standard (7-10 business days) - $1.99

*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 10 business days.

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and may ship separately.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing so please make sure you enter the correct details.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING / CONTIGUOUS U.S.

  • For orders to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer Standard Shipping.
  • AK, HI, PR and PO Boxes
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome all customers from around the world.

  • International Standard Shipping is available for many (but not all) smaller, lighter orders. Some restrictions apply.
  • International orders shipped using Standard Shipping may take up to 1-5 weeks for delivery; tracking is limited. Please note that orders shipped via Standard Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

For shipments to Europe, the following shipping rates can be selected:

  • Flat rate - $1.99

*Processing Times: In-stock orders normally ship within 10 business days.

Arrival from 2-5 weeks

INTERNATIONAL FLAT SHIPPING

  • International Economy Shipping is available for many (but not all) smaller, lighter orders
  • Orders shipped using Economy Shipping for distant Countries (except US, Canada, Australia and Europe) may take up to 6 weeks for delivery; tracking is limited. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.
  • CUSTOMS FEES

    • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
    • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges,
    • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
    • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
    • Geniusworlds has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

  • We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY STATUS

What does the Availability status mean?

  • In Stock- The item is good to go and ready for launch.
  • Add to wishlist - The item is not currently available. You can add it to your wishlist which will be saved in your account.

EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE

Something I want is out of stock. Can I be notified when it is available?

Yes! We can send you an email when a product is available for purchase. Any product that is out of stock will have an "Email me when available" link on the product page. To be sure you receive future emails from us, add "sales@geniusgadgets.com" to your address book.

Do you match competitor's prices?

Nope.

TAXES

Will I be charged sales tax?

We do not charge taxes.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?

PAYMENT METHODS

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Do discount codes stack?

When redeeming Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Codes during checkout, please note that only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotion, Discount or Coupon Codes cannot be used towards the purchase of Gift Certificates. If you forget to enter the discount code at check-out we cannot reverse the order, so please ensure valid coupon codes are entered at check-out.

ORDER STATUS

What does the Order Status mean?

  • New - Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.
  • Processing - Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department (or one of our distributors), and our warehouse monkeys are gathering all of your goodies and preparing them to be shipped.
  • Closed - Your order has been refunded. Your credit card has been fully refunded at this point.
  • Complete - Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.
  • Canceled - Your order has been canceled, and your credit card has not been billed.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yup. Visit this link Track Order and make sure you input your order number and the email used for purchase.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I make changes to my order?

We may be able to if the request comes 12hrs before the order is completed.

Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, neither you nor our customer service staff can change it. If your order completes the 12hrs fulfillment time, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
